Terrible experience! Do not shop here!!!! I placed an order for my daughter's furniture on January 6th and they sent me an email on January 15th stating my order had shipped! It's now March 29th and still no furniture. I paid for this order 3 months ago!!!!
After dozens of phone calls and hours wasting dealing with the shipping company and All Children's Furniture staff and Management, with excuses such as we're transferring your order to a "different shipping company" and "your order is lost" to "we delivered to your area one day earlier than scheduled and couldn't get in touch with you" (even though I called one day early to confirm delivery and the person failed to mention the change in schedule or to give the driver my home number), and even being "disconnected" several times after waiting on hold for 15 minutes or more, and still no furniture!
Now I tried to cancel my order and they told me "you can't cancel once the item has shipped". Are you kidding me??? Two and a half months after it "shipped" and it still hasn't arrived. No offer to compensate me in some way. No real apology. NEVER AGAIN!!!
