Worst book buying experience in my 41 years of buying books!

You promised you would refund the entire amount if I refused delivery. I did so weeks ago. I emailed you weeks ago demanding payment. You have not responded.
For those who may be new to this case, and for your reference,
Webnotions, A1books larak et al misrepresented the following additional facts:
1. the item was advertized as 'in stoc' and should have been shipped as soon as payment was taken. However, as a later A1books email revealed, the item was know at the time of the order to NOT be in stock.
2. Emails to a1books went unanswered until I filed an eBay complaint.
3. Requests for a return of my money and cancellation of the order went unresponded to even though some emails were nominally answered, though in a non-responsive way that rarely indicated any awareness of the history of the problem. So a PayPal and BBB complaints were filed. Still no response.
4. The shipping info provided by A1books larak etc was bogus: Yellow Mail tracking # 9156133270137589716053.
So complaints were filed with Webnotions and the State Dept of Consumer Affaira. No timely response from A1Books arrived.
5. Eventually an emaIl from A1Books came stating a full refund would occur if I refused shipment when the book arrived. A book arrived, via USPS and I refused it. I notified A1books, karak etc. and demanded a refund. No response whatever.
Eventually my credit card awarded me a full refund.
