Rush Broken Product for $10.00!!!!

Well the price was right, but the customer service STINKS. It seems that the majority of people are pleased, but if you do have a problem, you're gonna pay more than if you would have gone with Musician's friend or other Big Store to begin with.
I received a broken product and paid the extra $10 to get it "rushed processed" Well it was rushed for nothing. I contacted the website and received an impersonal reply with "review our policy." I only asked for a $10.00 refund for a feature of convenience that was far from it. The amount of money he makes you would think $10.00 would be an easy compromise. Imagine if it was more than that!?! It seems to me his lack for a phone line is for a reason. He claims its to save you money, but is it?
Go with another store, and pay an extra few bucks. I wish I did.
