I was very disappointed that I waited so long after I placed an order for an item indicating it is available for shipping in 2-3 days only to find out item I selected really is not really available at all. The Cuisinart blender I wanted so badly and was thrilled to find ON SALE even on Ikitchen.com is still being advertised as an item available for shipping in 2-3 days. After two emails asking when my blender food processor would arrive, I did get a response telling me there was no definite time frame for when this item would be available. I was offered a 10% discount if I wanted to order something else, so I dejectedly took advantage of the 'coupon' offered to purchase a much, much less desireable blender, only to find out after I completed my order that that coupon is offered to all customers! Unless I get some really, really awesome service and speedy delivery, I do not feel like this was such a great experience. It makes me nervous that as a new customer I was not given better service; I have to wonder if I made a mistake taking advantage of the so called 'coupon.'
