I bought the King 3 inch mattress topper. We had a hard time deciding between the 3 inch and the 2 inch, but chose the 3 inch based on our weights. It arrived very quickly, and we let it air for 2 days, then put it on the bed. It is very comfortable. It feels like it envelops your body. However, it made my partner’s back hurt (my guess is the 2 inch wouldn’t) and because you sink so deeply into it, it aggravated an existing shoulder injury I have. It made it too hard to get out of bed or move around. It was also a little warm and I found myself sweating at night.

I returned the topper today and the process was made so easy for me (other than getting it into the box which was made easy by my friends at the UPS store.) Once I sent the tracking # I received an email saying my credit card has been credited, even though they haven’t received it back yet. They also are going to send me a check for the box I had to buy to ship it in. The total cost to me to ship it back was under $30 (That price will, of course, depend on where you live.) I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again and we may try the 2 inch in the future.
