Ordered a Russ Berry button doll. Arrived in a box doubled over in a carton far too small for the doll, so horrible packaging & presentation! I called to complain, and the rep basically said they'd never had any problem with it before. I responded by asking to return it for a full refund. After a week, heard back from her. Long story short, I spoke with the company owner, then back to the customer service rep, and after many emails and 3 weeks of aggravation, I FINALLY got a 25% discount credited to my credit card. Never in all my 15+ years shopping the web have I had such poor customer service, and I would never shop there again, and certainly would never recommend them to anyone I like!
