Not good quality anymore

I am very un-happy with the change in quality of this company. I used to love this clothing outfitter; I almost bought from them exclusively despite the high prices because of the quality of the clothes. No more. I have had a run of poor quality experiences with T.A. recently and will not be using them anymore until I see evidence of them fixing their supply line. There has been a switch to a cheaper product recently that is unacceptable for the prices that they charge. I have 2 pair of comfort wash pants that both ripped in the crotch and one pair of another style pants. I am not an odd shaped person or anything, I golf in them and I line up putts in them and when I squat down to line up a put, they rip. Poor stitching in the seems! They used to be so much better quality. I have discussed this with customer service and they are very lackadaisical about it. I have had 3 pairs of pants rip in the crotch because of really poor craftsmen-ship. The buttons on my shirts are constantly falling off and having to be re-sewn. This is NOT what I have come to expect from this company of outdoorsy type fashion wear. I'm very disappointed because I used to really dig shopping here.
