The worst online purchase I have ever made.

I thought that this was going to be easy and so helpful to order my baby foods from Diapers.com. Boy was I wrong. The package came in and the baby jars where broken and there was baby food all over the place. And the cereal had a giant cut in the box(still securly wrapped on the outside. So this was obvious before shipping. There is no telling what came in contact with that. UPS is horrible and that is another main reason I will never use Diapers.com again. I ordered $60 worth of food and over half of it was ruined. RIDICULOUS. Be very cautious before ordering. I feel that when selling products for infants and children proper care should be taken, that is why we are ordering everything special for them. I could have gone into town and bought everything but who has the time for that with an infant and a full time job. This just seemed like the easy way to go and the fact that you see Diapers.com in every Pregnancy, Parenting, and Family magazine out there. They obviously have no respect for their company to send items out that are poorly packed and sealed for families. I don't understand how anyone can send a package of cereal with a gaping whole in the box, seal it in the package wrapping, and send it to someone who works hard for their money for them to have to send it back. I will not recommend Diapers.com to anyone I know and will never use them again.
I recieved an email this morning from Diapers.com stating that they are very sorry for the damaged goods and that is unusal of their orders. They are sending me brand new foods to replace the others and a $10 credit. If these come back undamaged I might consider using them again. Maybe this was just one bad order. But we'll just have to wait and see.
