I had the opportunity to be assisted by one of the Live Chat representatives and she was more than willing to help with any questions that I had. It was a very pleasant and encouraging experience. The Live Chat option was key to the purchase of this software. The questions were answered quickly and professionally. I had a question about shipping to Canada, and the representative went out of her way to find out what the shipping would cost for shipment to my individual address.
