Items never Ship!

Have placed two orders with Allegro Medical. Was charged for both orders the same day on which they were placed. Never received any info on shipping or tracking numbers.
Cancelled first order which took four days of phone calls and was informed that my refund would take ten to fourteen business days to receive even though order was never scheduled to be shipped.
Ordered 2 rear packs for my electric wheelchair over a week ago 7 still cannot find status or reach anyone to corroborate "awaiting shipment" status reported online.
Last week, in phone calls to cancel other order, was told new order was going to ship that day & do not believe what is posted online.
Until confusion is rectified, I would advise not to place any orders online.
They do sell quality products, wish they would contact us as a customer & ship items so we could order more of their products.
I am not even sure it is legal to charge a credit card before an item that is purchased is scheduled to be shipped. There appears no way to contact a supervisor or manager to resolve any questions or potential problems.
Have emailed on eleven separate occasions to attempt to acquire any clarification as to why, after a week of waiting, on line system still shows "awaiting shipment" even though when ordering, web site shows items are in stock and ship within one to two business days.
Hope this is glitch in program & items will be shipped shortly.
