I didn't actually order anything, because the website experience was so bad it made me nervous. To get prices I had to build a blind. The website wouldn't save my blinds and I had to start all over every time I wanted some information on say the valance or cords.
They showed photo's of a wood valance during the "build" process that was pictured as standard. Yet when it didn't appear with my final build, I emailed customer service to understand why. They told me it was the Christopher Lowell valance and wasn't available with the standard collection I was building. I ask you - why on earth would you show a picture of something that isn't included or available? They told me aI couldn't save my items because their registration system was broken and would be fixed within a week. It was not. I'm in the online business and if I cared about my customers, it would be a priority to have such a major glitch fixed. I started looking for reviews on Smith + Noble and found a plethora of negative ones on epinions. Interestingly, they had been negative for years, and people were complaining about my very issues years ago - nothing had been fixed! Ah well, they lost my potential business.
