Sorry iHerb ... You've changed! ... unfortunately for the worse. I used to love iHerb and recommend them to everyone because they had what they said they had in stock and they used to ship quickly. NOT ANY MORE. And their customer service is a complete joke. They advertise GUARANTEED SAME DAY SHIPPING if ordered by 11 am, but this is simply NOT TRUE - NOT EVEN CLOSE. My last order a few months ago containing 14 items that were in stock, placed on a Monday before 11, took 4 days to ship out their door. My current order with all items in stock, PLACED 7 DAYS AGO, still has not shipped. Their customer service should be called "lip service". They don't give you any real information, they don't answer your questions and and they don't contact you if there is a delay. They really need to remove that "Same Day Shipping" slogan/promise from their website because it is just plain old FALSE ADVERTISING to bait you. I don't know why they just can't be honest about this. It's really unfair to let customers expect quick shipping only to wait almost a week for them to just get it out of their warehouse door and another couple of days in transit to get it delivered. Does anyone know if they are under new ownership? It didn't use to be like this even 10 months ago. I can not recommend iHerb anymore.
