Pros: Fast. Easy. Competent. Low rates

Cons: NONE

The Bottom Line: This was so easy. Much easier than going to local bank. Four lenders offered low rates in less than an hour. Why go anywhere else?

Lending Tree.Com is the way to go in my opinion. I received fast service by four real lenders. I choose Beat Rate and they were all that I could ask for. They used a local appraiser which made valuation no problem. Escrow went very smooth. The loan closed on time. Rates and fees were VERY LOW. Everyone in the process was readily accessible.

I live in So Cal and the lender I choose was only one hour away. I never had to visit them anyway as paperwork was through the mail.

No reason to go anyplace else except for comparison. Give them a try. I am sure you will be satisfied.
