Very poor customer service after the sale

A few months ago, I purchased a modern lookong pendant chandelier from Lamps Plus. The price was $300.00.
The shades were advertised as black and the salesman verified that they were black.
The shades were a medium brown when lit. I phoned and e mailed several times. Finally I reached a salesman who said the manufacturer would contact me. NO RESPONSE from Lamps Plus or the mfg.
I emailed with a review, a positive one one of the lamp other than a color problem with the 2 shades. They never published the review since I mentioned the total lack of customer care after the sale.
Lamps Plus salespeople are very very friendly before the sale but there is absolutely no customer service after the sale. I only wanted them to follow up on an incorrect shade color but nothing.
I clearly would not recommend dealing with this company. I have purchased from other lighting companies before and customer service after the sale have been stellar on the rare occasion I needed assistance.
