What made me shop at the Bed Bath & Beyond on line store?
My wife made me shop there to be quite honest. She found the site on Google just looking for stores we shop at in person to see if we could shop on line at them instead. Luckily this was one at the top of our list of stores we frequently shop at in person. We were happy to find it on line. We checked it out together then took turns at filling the cart before I finalized the first order. All went good, so we have shopped there a few times since then.
Is this site easy to place your order with, and are the prices good?
Yes the prices are really good. I have found a lot of items on the site that were more money in the store then they are on line at the Bed Bath & Beyond on line store. On some items the prices can be very cheap, some they are average at cost. It all depends on what you are buying and weather or not they are offering the item for sale or clearance which they do a lot on this site also.
Ordering at the Bed Bath & Beyond on line store is a snap. You can use the categories and search tab to look for what your trying to get. Then if you like what you have found, add the items to your on line cart. Then check out when you have everything ready. At the check out you have to complete the questions and answers such as your shipping and billing addresses. The payment type you chose to use and card number if it applies, needs to be entered. Then you choose a shipping method and weather or not you want gift wrap and so on. The whole thing takes just a few minutes.
They do offer you an instant invoice on line at the last of the check out pages. Then you get one through your email address that you gave them as well. The credit number you may have entered will be on it but they only show the last four digits of the number. The rest is blanked out with stars like *. The site claims to be secure and I do believe that to be true because I do not get spam mail from them or anything from their partner sites either.
Is the customer service good?
Well, that is some thing I have no idea about. So far we have not had a single question or complaint to make to the customer service representatives. So I have no opinion on this aspect of the site review.
Have you ever had issues with shipping?
None at all. the shipping has been great. We get our items shipped using the standard shipping option and so far we have not had to wait more then 5 days for any of our orders to come in. We pay by credit card so there is nothing that needs to clear before they ship the orders out. They just have to process it which often happens that day or if the order was placed at night it happens the next morning. All of the orders that we have gotten in have been packaged good. No items have been damaged or lost in any way. So the over all shipping aspect has been pretty pleasing for us.
What did you order? Did you like the items?
So far we have placed several orders all of which contained stuff for us and gift purchases for other people as well. We have bought items such as flatware, a clock, smoke alarms, a steam vacuum for my mother in law, two throw rugs for our daughter's room, a booster seat for our toddler, wall decor, bedding in full, queen, twin and toddler sizes, a blade sharpener, cookware, 4 digital picture frames, an mp3 player, a thumb drive and many other items as well. So far all of the gifts we have purchased for other people have been liked and work well. And every thing that we bought for us and our home worked out perfectly as well. So we have no complaints at all.
What else if anything does this site offer or sell?
You can find a lot of items at the Bed Bath & Beyond on line store. They carry bedding, furniture, bathroom decor and rugs, throw rugs, runners, mirrors, electronics of all kinds, toys, lighting, cleaning items, utensils, kitchen gadgets, vacuums, appliances of many types, storage items, pet supplies, and more. They even have a gift section in which you can browse for any one by age or gender. The stuff that they offer is of good quality. They give good item descriptions and show pictures in clear view for each item also.
So based on that information would you recommend the site?
I do recommend the Bed Bath & Beyond on line store. Unlike what most people may think, this is not a store that just women can shop at. This store has a variety of things that a man could shop for too. My wife and I love shopping on this site, we shop together here or on our own as well at times. It is very easy to place an order and the shipping is great as well. There really is not a single thing wrong with this site as far as we have experienced so far and we have been shopping with them for a few years now. Give them a try.
