On Dec 12, I ordered online an electric refurbished Braun razor, I knew that Braun no longer manufactured the item, but it is not unusual to have refurbished items for sale, even though they are no longer manufactured. I ordered this as a gift for my son for Christmas. After seven days passed and no razor I called J&R. After a long wait I was told that the manufacturer no longer produces the razor. When I asked if they notify their customers of nonavailability, the customer representative was matter of fact about this. He told me that sometime in the future I would have received an E-mail, but it was the holidays and they were very busy. Good luck with doing business with such an outfit
