you've had there. Maybe going more into depth on the service you expected and paid for, and then re-tell just what you didn't get would not only make more "noise" but could be a letter/review you could e-mail on to the company's main office. As is, I just don't see how they could sell you service when they don't service that area??? Thanks for adding any additional info. Judy
