Questions For Sociopaths

The Bottom Line Good luck and thanks for your participation.
From the bully to just being anti-social there are some things that make sociopaths tick which somehow do not work the same for other people. I would like to hear your take on how you perceive other people and what makes you do what you do so well.
Here are a few questions. The questions make assumptions and I apologize in advance for my ignorance of the subject. I'm just looking for answers.
Reading other people's weaknesses
Sociopaths have the ability to quickly and deeply understand their victims. How do you do this? Is it because your emotions are so sparse that your perceptions are not clouded? Personally, I envy this ability. There are also many times I wish I could turn off my feelings for a while.
Feeling Good from Hurting Others
Do you ever feel sorry for anyone? When making others laugh at someone less fortunate than yourself do you enjoy the approval of your audience or is it the act of driving someone else down that gives you pleasure?
The Famous Lack Of Emotion Stereotype
The common thought is that sociopaths lack social skills and simply parrot those around them. A kind of feeling by the seat of your pants thing. Is that true? Or is it that you have the complete range of emotion and social skill but simply do not care enough to bother.
Acting Friendly When You Don't Feel It
This is a tough one for me. I find it extremely difficult to display any emotion which I do not really feel at the time. Sociopaths are experts in fitting in with the crowd. How do you do this?
Ethical Behavior
Doing the right thing for the right reason is very important. For example, stepping aside to allow someone to enter a door before you. Generally this is thought of as being polite and respectful. A combination of actions which bring approval.
Rescuing a trapped kitten when there is nobody around to observe you is something that if known would also bring approval of your peers but by itself is simply the right thing to do regardless of reward.
When you do the right thing, is it because you seek approval or because it is the right thing to do? Or do you ever do anything without thought for compensation in some form?
