| SYCO's Full Review: The CISSP® Prep Guide: Mastering th... |
This prep guide is one of the best I've encountered. For any certification. There really isn't a substitution for experience and many individuals taking the CISSP exam will opt to take a preparatory class. The classes are an excellent way to go also. The fact of the matter is that for a person wishing to go it on their own or supplement their class learning experience this book is excellent.
It goes in depth into all ten of the domains and emphasizes the things that are most important including visual aids where they are helpful. It helps to create an useful guidline for study. The book doesn't guarantee success on the exam. In the end the material falls on the examee's shoulders, but this can definatly lighten the load. An excellent read and worth the money.
