Let me provide some brief history on how I discovered Geneva-Health.com. I purchased a book called "When Your Body Gets The Blues", not listed as yet on epinions. It details a clinically proven program for women who feel tired and stressed, and eat too much. I was surprised to find the book was very helpful, and the recommendations of the book (in a nutshell) are a special combination of supplements, increased light, and exercise (the book describes it further of course). After completing the book I decided (though skeptical) to give the program a try. I went to Geneva-Health to purchase the supplements (part of the total "Levity Program", as it is called). The supplements are considered to be mood boosters. I have been on this program for two months now, and am no longer ready to fall asleep after lunch, I feel happier, have more energy, and this is all natural (Note: this is certainly not to replace medication for clinical depression unless okay'd by your physician).

I highly recommend this website, the purchase of their book, and the Levity Mood enhancing supplements (you get a better deal buying them in combination). I thought the symptoms I was experiencing were strictly due to peri-menopause, and whether they were or not, this formula works for me. I had no problems whatsoever with the website. My purchase went smoothly, confirmation was sent, and I received my package on a timely basis, carefully packaged.
