I hate Verizon!

Pros: National Coverage. (Which I never used)
Cons: Expensive, awful customer service.
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend Verizon Wireless to my worst enemy.

I bought this service because they claimed to be the number 1 provider in my area. This could not be farther from the truth. They provide awful awful customer service everyone I spoke with that was a representative of the company was rude and had no knowledge of anything. The coverage was not bad, but not that good especially for the price.
I have had many wireless carries(I have finally found hapiness with Qwest Wireless, THANK GOD) and Verizon has been the most expensive by a very large margin. I was always dropping calls and there were always errors on my bill.
Speaking of my bill, make sure that you read the fine print. I found out that I had signed a 2 year agreement which I had to pay $200 to get out of the contract(which was expensive but worth it) I understand a 1 year agreement but 2, give me a break.
