Limited selection of styles but scads of sizes! Could be a little faster for Standard Delivery but they're up front and honest about the time it will take.

SLIGHTLY IMPERFECT?
They offer slightly imperfect products which they claim have the same fit, appearance, and durability as First Quality. Any flaws are said to be tiny and barely noticeable. The money-back guarantee applies to these items as well. Since these items are listed along with the First Quality items it’s hard to get an idea of how much of their business is in seconds, however, seconds are clearly marked as such. I found many seconds in the Legwear Shop (hosiery).
SIZING & SELECTION
The men’s & children's selections are very limited--mostly workout gear & underwear. Children’s sizes are generally XS (2-4) to XL (18-20).
They focus on women’s and have a large size range. The also offer petite and talls. The selection isn’t that of some of the major online retailers, but they do have casual every-day clothes in sizes that are hard to find elsewhere. Women’s Sizes are 14-40 (X – 6X). YOUR SHOPPING BAG
As you browse the site, you can add items to your shopping cart. Make your selection by choosing the size, then color, and finally click on the purple shopping bag to add it to your cart. You’ll be told immediately if the item you’ve chosen is in stock, if not, you’ll be prompted to let them know if you’d like the item shipped when it does become available of if you’d like to make an alternate selection.
When you’re ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart at the top of the page and you’ll start the process of paying for your treasures. If you already pre-registered and logged-in, you’ll have a chance to review your cart and check the shipping fees. If you haven’t registered or logged-in you’ll be asked to do so. The process was easy and quick, I experienced no difficulties.
PRICING
Their prices are inline with the discount malls—in fact they have physical store in our local outlet mall. I stock up on panty hose which are seconds—I’ve never had any trouble with them, they last as long as their First Quality counter parts but sometimes the seam at the waist isn’t quite right, or there’s a pull at the top of the thigh, but most often it’s just the color is off from their standards.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Signing up is free and easy, although it’s not required to browse and shop—it is required during the check out process. Ordering is done in a secure environment so I felt comfortable allowing them to store my credit card information. They offer assistance in the event you forget your password—by reminding you of the “hint” you selected during the registration process. They track all orders and keep your account online so you’ll always know what you’ve purchased, when it was ordered, when it was shipped, and whether or not it was returned.
PRIVACY POLICY
They have an extensive listing of how they handle your private information. Basically, you have the opportunity to ask them what they have on file for you, and you can request that your information not be shared with any third-party sites. I didn’t “opt out” of the third-party e-mail but I’ve yet to be spammed (at least that I can trace back to them) and I’ve had my account with them for over a year.
SHIPPING
Shipping & Handling is charged by the total amount of all items, not weight. If you order early, you can use the cheapest method, Standard Delivery. However, if you just have to have it now, they offer Priority and Next Day Delivery for an additional fee. See the detailed chart before you order so you know what to expect and when to expect it.
SALES TAX
You’ll have to pay some taxes if you live in NC, TX, TN, CA & MA. I’m in Washington State so my order was tax free—a bonus for me as our tax is approximately 8.6%. I usually pay tax or shipping, rarely both, just my personal motto.
GUARANTEE
Their guarantee reads, “We’re committed to providing you with clothes that fit and flatter you just right. That’s why we guarantee to replace your order or fully refund your money (your choice) for any reason. So if you’re not satisfied, simply send your order back and we’ll take care of the rest!”.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
They have a fairly comprehensive FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section but know that a customer might need information not available there, or a customer is uneasy with ordering online, so they offer several ways to contact them.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Remember, they guarantee everything they sell (see above) so should you wish to send back your order, or part of it, follow the instructions you’ll find on the receipt packed in the shipping box. Don’t have a receipt? They’ll still work with you! Send a detailed explanation for the reason of return and whether or not you want a refund or replacement. They do note that garments which have been worn must be washed before being returned.
MY EXPERIENCE
I ordered several items—all arrived in perfect condition and in the time quoted. I was e-mailed every step of the way (order confirmation & order shipment). I chose the standard delivery which took just slightly under two weeks as promised—shipping for my items was $6.99 which is exceptionally good for an order sent to the west coast as compared to the USPS shipping chart. I didn’t contact customer service for any reason as it wasn’t necessary for me to (this is how I like to shop!). All-in-all, the selection is small, but if you’re a special size give them a look.
