I have bought stuff from them several times. Mostly very good experiences. In one case I purchased three dvd players that were supposed to include documentation, remotes and all the cables. In this shipment only two had remotes, only one had a manual and only one had the cables. One case was so bent that the door wouldnt close properly. TO their credit though, Returnbuy sent me a prepaid UPS shipping label with their RMA info and gave me credit even though the 30 day RMA had expired. Be careful what you buy from them (if they say it is cosmetically imperfect they are serious) but they seem like an honest company and offer some pretty good deals on some like new product.
