After filing out the simple registration and doing the initial survey basically covering demographics it is pretty much a waiting game. Surveys have been few and far between for me I have earned a total of 75 points.
The Website: It is very nicely set up and easy to navigate. There is not an overload of graphics and I never get bombarded with pop up ads. Once you sign in it takes you to an area where you can easily find links to viewing your rewards, a place to refer friends, current raffle, recent prize winners, and latest survey results.
What do you get for referring your friends: This is a good way to rack up those points. Each time you refer a friend you will receive 150 reward points.
The raffles: Each raffle ticket costs 25 reward points. Some of the current prizes they are a Oreck XL 2200 Vacuum, PSC2210 Multifunction Printer/Flatbed Fax/Scanner/Copier, Bose Wave Radio/CD or you can chose to take the cash equivalent of these items if you win.
Choose not to enter the raffles: You can choose to spend your reward points on things such as a NFO mouse pad (500 points)or can donate your points to different organizations such as Save The Children for 500 points they will donate $5.00 to this fund. Also listed are: Make a Wish, Hispanic Scholarship fund, American Heart Assoc. and the National Emergency Response Team.
Just want to save those points to earn cash: You can also save your points to redeem for cash. You must save 1000 points in order to cash out. Below is how the cash payouts work:
1000 points - $10.00
2000 points - $20.00
3000 points - $30.00
4000 points - $40.00
5000 points - $50.00
6000 points - $60.00
7000 points - $70.00
8000 points - $80.00
9000 points - $90.00
Over 10,000 points you get into the big rewards you can choose $100.00 cash or DVD players, Gameboys, Digital cameras etc. The prizes and cash rewards go on and on.
How often do I get surveys? This is the disappointing part. I have not received that many opportunities for surveys. They send an email once in a while asking to participate for 10 points. You will then follow the link in the email to take a qualifying survey. You will receive your 10 points whether you qualify or not.
Overall for the amount of effort you have to put in it is worth it. You can join the raffles or just let your points add up over time. I have chosen to let them add up. I figure even if it takes a while the pay out will be worth it for just taking a survey now and again.
