Pros: Lots of different Rate Plans, Great customer service
Cons: Coverage could be better
The Bottom Line: They could use more cell sites for better coverage and fewer drops. I am sticking with them because they keep working with me and they keep improving.

| rcotter's Full Review: Sprint Mobile Phone Service in Los Angeles |
Sprint nationwide service has improved greatly over the years. Some places the coverage is still weak and spotty. I go to Tennessee regularly to visit my Mother and the coverage is fair to good. The nice thing is 500 anytime anywhere minutes for $45.00, including long distance and unlimited night and weekend minutes. Anywhere I go I can use the phone just like at home.
I have had some problems with billing and with the phone itself. The customer service sometimes is a wait on hold, but, I have found the people very friendly and helpful. They are giving me a new phone because the old one is not receiving well and charging me nothing and the phone is out of the warranty period. They have always corrected the billing errors and even given me $ credits for inconvenience.
