My order was just forgotten

Despite recommendations from friends regarding Botach, I cannot overlook substandard service. My order was overdue by several weeks when I finally called, only to discover that one of the items was not available in the color/size I ordered. Customer service was polite when I finally called, but I had to call to find out what the problem was. When I asked if they could ship the rest via FedEx so that I had some reasonable assurance of delivery, they said no (don't ever, ever, ever use UPS for an item that has any value, even time value !)
Did Botach let me know of product size/color shortfall when I ordered, via their web-based ordering scheme? NO..... Did they send me a status message? NO..... Did they ship the rest of the order with a note about their little stock problem? NO........ Do I ever expect to get the rest of the items I ordered from them? NO..... Will I ever order from them again or recommend that anyone else try the same? OF COURSE NOT!!!
