Second review in 2 days. Just canceled 2nd attempt to get an 8250 after ship date came and went. And went. One Cust.Service(?) person told me the first computer was diverted to a big order for the war against Iraq! Another told me the web info was wrong and the order had already shipped. One told me he couldn't give me order status details -I'd have to talk to my salesperson (I ordered online). Today I heard a) it's the speakers (I took the "default"), and then b) it's the LCD screens (I ordered a CRT). And on and on. Drove down to the Gway store and bought a much better getup for almost the same price.
