After doing a thorough search of sellers of the Nikon CoolScan IV film scanner, I called JandR. They met the lowest price of a factory authorized dealer without any problem. They didn't try to sell me anything else. They met their delivery schedule exactly. The product arrived in perfect shape. I called for help as to where some of the bundled software was and they told me quickly that it was on a certain CD shipped with the scanner. All in all, a great experience and a great product.
