My experience with ePhotocraft was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the clowns in NY. After getting jerked around with all the low-ball prices for a D70 kit (which is an amazing camera in my estimation) I finally resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to pay close to retail for the item. I figured that under those circumstances I'd go with a company that had positive feedback across the board. ePhotoCraft was the first one I found with such a clean record. Still, to feel them out, I called to place the order. I found their staff to be friendly and polite, something I couldn't say about any of the jokers I talked to in NY. My camera arrived in a timely manner via UPS for a reasonable shipping charge. (Another thing I couldn't find in NY). Overall, I would consider myself highly satisfied in dealing with ePhotoCraft and will do business with them again when I have camera needs in the future.

Excellent vendor. Priced right, shipped right, no complications, no nagging and "having to call you back to verify something" or up-sell shenanigans. Ordered on Sunday night, email verification, shipped on Monday with tracking number, arrived on Tuesday exactly as ordered.

I Found what I wanted at the best price on ePhotoCraft.com, ordered online, tracked my shipment--it was shipped out within hours of my order--and received my order yesterday, as promised. The camera seems to be working fine.

After searching for Nikon D70s kit, both locally, Amazon & other retailers. Took the advice of several Nikonians to check out ePhotoCraft. Surprised to find they had them in stock. Ordering was extremely easy. Decided to purchase the Nikon extended warranty offered and called to follow-up. Staff was very helpful and did not push anything else. Highly recommended. Will shop here again.

I ordered a Nikon N50 digital camera. It was not in stock but they took my order anyway and were able to ship it out about 4 days. The sales people were very informative, helpful, and there was no pressure. Their price was the lowest I could find from a legitimate dealer and they offered a Nikon extended warranty which I did not see anyplace else.

Buying a camera, or rather buying from an internet store can be risky business. I had to write my first review for ephotocraft. This store is 1st class. They take your order, ship it out the same day and give you an order # and tracking #. Received mine in 2 days and I must add that they do not deal with grey market, like all the stores in brooklyn NY! you get full usa warranty. And once I had a return, they received the return, checked out the product and replaced it, with order # and tracking # and get this, All in the same day. ***** 5 Stars for sure

Absolutely a five star transaction. With two day shipping, my package was right on time. Buying something on the internet that costs nearly a thousand dollars without seeing it first would normally make me a little nervous, but I would have no problem doing it again with ePhotocraft.

I purchased a Nikon D90 + 18-105mm kit lens and a 35mm f1.8 prime from Photocraft, and had it shipped internationally to Australia.It was *much* cheaper then buying locally, and the 35mm wasn't even available in Australia at the time.
Despite the long wait (18 days due to shipping via USPS), and the inconvenient payment method (international bank wire), I'm quite pleased with the service.
I was glad that the package was labeled with 'Nikon Lens', as optical lens equipment is not charged any import duty at customs, whereas electronic equipment such as a camera is charged duty. Might be worth asking for this if shipping to Australia.
I was originally concerned with purchasing from the USA, due to the risk of damage with any long distance shipping to Australia. I was please when I opened the box to see that it was well packed, with ample protection for the camera and the lens.
I have just started to use the camera over the course of a few days, and it seems to be working fine.
Will confidently purchase further equipment off them in the future!

My order fulfilled completely as promised. This was a phone order and sales rep was totally honest and upfront. I could not have expected better service and was completely satisfied with my experience. Prices were outstanding as well.

The items were delivered via UPS accurately and incredibly -- in under 24 hours after I placed my on-line order! Would use this store again.

Found PhotoCraft while price shopping for a Canon SD700. They had a price almost as low as those Brooklyn Bait and Switch but they are legit! Based in Virginia and you do have some bogus excuse to call in and "Confirm" your order which if you have not read customer reviews of the other crooks, please do! Fast Shipping, easy ordering, great price and as promised. Thanks PhotoCraft!

Purchased a NIKON D90 (Replacing NIKON D70); Searched brick and mortar locally in addition to the web.  Previous good vendor, Norman's Cameras, didn't return a good price.  Best prices (aka Abe's of Maine) returned sketchy reviews.  For $25 more it was worth it to me to buy from ePhotoCraft (which is a brick and mortar PhotoCraft) and a NIKON authorized dealer with universally glowing ratings (epinions and price grabber). So far it has been a good experience.  Ordered the camera yesterday (a Sunday) and received an email today confirming my order and giving me a UPS ground tracking number.
Web site was easy to navigate; transaction was easy (used PayPal);  will update once the camera gets here.
Update: Camera arrived sooner than predicted and it is better than I had hoped for.  Overall a great (and comforting experience).  I will certainly look at them next time I need camera equipment
