During my trip to Nashville this summer I had the chance to use my Cingular service there. It was great. Most of the city is well covered, I didn;t have any drop outs or lost calls the whole time in or around the city. Nice job Cingular.

We've been with AT&T/Cingular for about 8 months now, and I can't wait for the contract to expire in November 2006. Reception is marginal at best. We thought the plan would be economical, however it's anything but that. Customer service is pitiful.

My work wireless service is through Sprint. I thought they were bad until we had to deal with Cingular. Now sprint looks like a Baldridge Award winner compared to Cingular.
