Pros: Service sort of works, sometimes Cons: DO NOT USE AUTOPAY, will withdraw money whenever they see fit
I am in the middle of a nightmare not of my own doing and the big companies responsible don’t seem to care or want to help me resolve it. It IS entirely Cricket's fault, and they could care less. I've been a Cricket customer for five years, and never ...

Pros: Unlimited calls(when able to call) Cons: no service area, horrible rates when add on "features",not reliable
Cricket sounds awesome but turns out to be a BIG letdown. I had service with them for almost a year and actually cancelled today as I have signed up with a new company (Cingular). The phones coverage area is horrible! You can go out of area sometimes ...

Pros: Cheaper service than many plans Cons: Terrible customer service even at the Corporate level
I thought I was getting a bargain when I signed up with Cricket wireless. The $29.95 monthly fee and a $40 rebate for the cell phone was a great deal. Last month, my bill went up (without notice--which is against Cricket's policy) to $37.89. Okay, so...

Pros: Unlimited incoming calls (anytime) and unlimited anytime calls in your service area. Cons: Customer service will not fix most errors. Expect random charges to appear on your bill!
When i began working as a customer service representative for cricket three months ago, i never thought i would end up working for a company that cared so little about its customers.
First of all, cricket users, question everything! Go check...

Pros: Low cost, unlimited minutes, no"hidden charges", clearly outperforms any"billed by the minute" phone plans Cons: If you need a roaming service, this isn't for you.
Finally !! Unlike other prepaid plans such as Verizon that still charge per minute, Cricket has LEAPed forward and offerred unlimited monthly minutes. I have since taken off all the additional and optional features of my home phone(caller ID, call...

Pros: Cheap and unlimited Cons: Worse customer service in the universe
I live in the Wichita KS area, and the service out here is good and strong. I think the quality is about average for a cell phone. I have had a problem with dropped calls. It seems like if I talk for more than 20 minutes it is common to here a beep ...

Pros: Cheap Unlimited Local Calls Cons: Customer Service - There is none. You cannot talk to a person
Coverage is about average. Rates are reasonable. Watch out for the expensive adds - voice messaging, caller id.
I was on auto pay via credit card. After 7 months, they shut off my phone. They claimed the charge was reject, however the...

Pros: NONE! Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Dropped calls, no roaming, fee's, small network coverage, customer service.
I have *sadly* had this crappy company's service now for two years. I thought hey! unlimited everything, how wonderful! I started out on the $49.99 plan, and the first year and a half my bill was $54 and change. It then crept up a ...

Pros: They turn your phone on within 30 minutes most of the time, unlimited long distance. Cons: customer service is nonexistent, not enough customer service stores, no living person on the phone.
Below is a review I wrote about Cricket cell phone company when if first came to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cricket was a great idea, it was all-great. Then as with most things when it became bigger, & stronger it turned into a monster. I never know what my ...

Pros: No deposit Cons: Not worth the hassle.
You should really beware of Cricket Wireless. I bought a phone in December 2006 while I lived in Vancouver, WA. Then a few weeks later I moved to Oklahoma City where they do not offer service so I called in early January to cancel service and I was ...

Pros: No comment Cons: Cricket Wireless is/has "mistakenly" directed their customers complaints to a sexline for over a year.
Cricket Wireless offers an insurance plan for its wireless customers. If you have an issue you can call a toll free number THEY provide to you, this number is provided both in writing AND will be given to you in person so that you can have your issue ...

Pros: Unlimited everything for $50/mo Cons: Missed calls, SLOW texts, Terrible Camera, Unhelpful Cust Service
Calls go straight to voicemail without ever ringing my phone, even when it's on and in my hand. Text messages take a very long time to go through, and some never go through at all. That is the most frustrating part...waiting and waiting for ...

Pros: Price, coverage/reception, sound quality. Cons: Limited selection of phones.
I've had Cricket Wireless for about 2 weeks now... it's been fantastic thus far. It hasn't cut out once (honestly), and nobody has complained on the other end about the quality of the sound. Also, it sounds good on my end... and typically if there's a ...
