DIRECTV wonderful!!!

Last April, we finally took the splurge and decided to get a satellite dish since we knew our cable company was never going to get some of the channels we wanted. We decided on an RCA directv system with two receivers. It was very easy to install ourselves and was working within two hours. It has a wonderful clear picture most of the time. Once in a rare while if it is extremely stormy out it will not get the satellite signal. That is the only complaint that we have. It is tons better than our cable system was, and we even get our four basic networks locally through DirecTV also. We have decided to splurge and get the platinum pack with all of the pay channels such as HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc, and we just love it. We no longer have to rent any movies and can always find something to watch. If you are considering getting a satellite dish, I would say GO FOR IT!!! It will be worth it.
