Not very good Customer Service

***UPDATE*** When I did finally move away and wanted my service discontinued, they insisted that I had a 2 year contract when I KNOW I signed a 1 year contract. They refused to budge and said they had lost all of their paperwork and I had to show them a copy of mine before they would believe me. I went home and thank god I kept my copy of the contract which I brought to the office the next day. No apologies NOTHING!!! They just nodded and said OK. HORRIBLE!
I have been wanting a cell phone for the longest time but never knew what was the best deals. Then one day when i walked into a walmart store and talked to an Alltel associate, he persuaded me to finally get one. At first it sounded like a good deal. I paid $35 for 700 minutes, 200 peak and 500 off peak hours. The first month, everything went great.
Then the second month came and I decided i wanted to upgrade my service to a $50 unlimited package. I pay $50/month, get unlimited minutes peak and off peak, have a smaller coverage area and no long distance. Sounds likes a good deal, right? Yeah right!!!!
I had to get a new digital phone for that. Analog phones were not usable. So i bought a new phone and was not told that I was gonna be charged a phone activation fee again, when i was only an alltel customer for one month!!! I was only expecting to pay $50 every month but for the past 2 months my bill have been at least $90. They would come up with some weird stuff to charge to my account. I was even charged roaming for my home city!!!! on top of that over the period of the 3 months i've had service with Alltel, my phone have been shut off a total of 25 times for no apparent reason. I have to call customer service everytime, spend so much time telling them what the situation is and then they'll switch it back on.
Finally, i got so mad, i wrote a letter of complain and sent it to the regional manager and also to the store i got it from.
