I find this to be right on. Greatn advice regarding the fibbing going on all over the cellular field of customer disservice.

I have solved by alweays asking the people to get me a supervisor, as my last calls were lied to and unposted. This does seem to work.

By the way - I tried Spring and gave up due to the bad bad customer service. 		Jul 08 '00
