Good Inexpensive Upgrade, but very directional

Pros: Good midrange and highs
Cons: Weak Bass, very directional imaging.
As a car audio employee at Best Buy, I have had much time
to test out these speakers and compare them with the competition.

Excellent high range

Pros: Clear, accurate highs, good value
Cons: limited low range
Very affordable, as are all pioneer products. Provide a great bang for the buck. High range is very clean, very smooth sounding. Mid range is also very good. low end is as to be expected from a 5-1/4" speaker, so-so.

A pretty good choice...
