Pros: Good brokers rate
Cons: Total mess with lender Citibank and their title company after a month still nothing.

Got calls from 3 brokers quickly, got good rates 5.75 from south CA Nicalex on equity line applied same day, 3/3/05 approved by Citibank, but that's all-scheduled signing next week never happened, checked back 3x Nicalex said Citibank Title Co got all sick? Rescheduled for 4/12 notary didn't come
again. Didn't call either. Bad business.
