Pros: Very easy to deal with very helpful and professional would definatley recommend to other people
Cons: the only problem i had was i  do not have a home computor

Re-mortage for lower rate and saw the ad on the computor pop up and did some research. It look like a good deal and I called. It was a little difficult because i do not have a computor at home so all had to be done at work, which can be difficult, The closing was completely easy they come right to your home and with in 15 mins everything is done. Great company and easy to deal with. Maybe you should advertise elsewhere beside the computor because not eeryone has a home computer and it would be beneifical to your company, I would definetly recommend Quicken Loans to other people and have.

My banker was Randy Ross. I could not have asked for a better banker. Randy made my home buying experience very pleasent. I will refer quicken loans to anyone I know who are buying a home

Purchasing a home through QuickenLoans was a great experience. The staff are quilified, knowledgeable, friendly, and keep you informed every step of the way. I would easily use QuickenLoans again in the purchase of another home. Their online processing is very convenient.

Pros: Friendly, professional staff that seemed to be actually invested in the loan. 
Cons: I really don't have anything negative to report about Quicken. 

After a terrible experience attempting to refinance my mortgage with citibank, in which a suppossed 6 week process took over 3 mos. including weeks without contanct from the bank I contacted Quicken. The process worked exactly how they described it in the initial consultation. Quicken was easy to contact and I couldn't be more satisfied with my new mortgage.

I had a very good and easy experience with Quicken loans.  We chose to refi with Quicken due to good rates and reputation.  We got a good rate and are able to get a lower rate in the future (if they drop) without paying more closing costs, which is great.  The mortgage info came in a very nice pamphlet, making it easy to keep everything organized at home.  They sent out a closer to the house, very convenient.  Very friendly on the phone and I was able to call even after work hours to ask questions.  Willing to explain all concepts in laymans terms.  They were very organized, did not need to provide excessive amounts of info for them to process loan. 

Pros: The process was quick, communication was thorough and the rates were competitive.
Cons: Fees / points were very high.

We recently re-financed a rental property through Quicken Loans.  The process was timely and effecient, and ultimately resulted in a successful transaction.

Pros: the pros to Quicken is the nice helpful staff
Cons: the cons....closing costs were more than I would have liked

As many in the home owners market these days, I was in a really bad loan.  I was paying and current every month, but it wasn't going anywhere.  That is until I met Scott Sheedy.  He was a life saver. He took more than enough time to not only walk me through every step, but to help me with my credit side of it. When everyone else was not really interested in what I wanted or needed he seemed to really listen.  Scott made sure I knew what to expect and how it all worked.  Once my loan process was passed on to a loan specialist, Scott still helped me.  He was there to answer my questions as well as check on things for me when I wasn't sure about thing.  I would recommend Quicken loans to anyone and if you get a Chance ask for Scott Sheedy...tell him Gretchen Sent you!  You won't regret it!

Lonnie was great. He followed through when he said he would and kept in contact.  I appreciated the professionalism. I am looking forward to working with him again.

I was worried about Quicken Loans when I saw so many negative comments, but I'm happy to report that I had a great experience.  We were offered a VERY VERY low rate that seemed too good to be true (4.375% on a 30-year fixed non-conforming loan).  My husband and I are fortunate to have great credit, a house that has a good loan-to-value and plenty-o-cash for closing.  Without those three things (plus my constant bugging of Quicken to make sure that I didn't lose our rate-lock and end up one of those people who writes a negative opinion...) anyway, if you don't have great credit and/or you have a bad loan-to-value and/oryou don't have a wheelbarrow full of money to buy a point and close, then I can see why people think they're just after that first $500 deposit. 
I didn't know anyone else who'd used QuickenLoans and I was not convinced (until we closed) that it wasn't all just some giant scam.

I decided to refinance my home mortgage loan to take advantage of the prevailing interest rates. I searched the internet and contacted quicken. I received a response online. I continued the process by telephone and ultimately began the refinance process with your representative Mona Ragih. My refinance did have some hurdles to overcome and Mona handled them with great professionalism. If I called her she responed quickly and found a solution. To expand, I understand that the first part of the process was Mona's and then I would deal with another department, however I had some issues with this next step, its not that your other employees were in some way deficient, its just that they were ordinary,when I was unable to get results from them,I went back to Mona and she resolved the problems.(not her department) I have never received better customer service with any endeavor, ever. I cannot speak highly enough of Mona, she exemplifies the ideals of a bygone era of customer service and she should be recognized for her efforts.

Pros: Fast, delivers as promised, excellent rates.
Cons: Mostly computerized systems - may not fit your circumstances.  Some errors, resulting in rework.

I refinanced a second home in about a month, at 4.875% 30 years fixed.  Quicken Loans was very responsive and fast.  Everything happened as scheduled, and they even came to my place for the closing - no waiting in some office for paperwork to arrive, etc.  My experience may not be typical since in this refinancing I had about 50% equity and my credit is sterling, but I will definitely go to Quicken for future mortgages.

Pros: Always willing to go the extra mile and available when it was convenient for me.
Cons: There was one slightly less expensive offer but who knows if they could have delivered.

The only thing I can say is "Wow!"  My experience with Quicken Loans was outstanding.  My banker, Chris Dellorso, made sure everything went ultra-smooth.  He kept up great communication and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the whole transaction.  I never felt I was being talked down to the way some companies do just because they are more knowledgable about mortgages.  He was always available to talk to.  Sometimes calling back at midnight or later if it was more convenient for me.  It's because of bankers like Chris that I will recommend Quicken to my friends and family.  Not to mention, he will be my go-to for my financial needs.

Pros: The process couldn't have been easier.  I really appreciated this.
Cons: I'm not sure I got the very best rate, but I was happy with it.

From the time I applied for the loan to the time we closed was less than 2 weeks.  I was very impressed with the promptness of replies whenever I had a question and with the overall ease of the approval process. 

Pros: Professional bearing; instilled confidence; ran through the sequence of events with amazing efficiency. Smart people.

My wife and I knew it was time to refinance so I began looking on the web for an alternative to our trusty credit union. I was a little apprehensive dealing with people we didn't actually know because a lot of sensitive information must be revealed in a transaction like this. The professional manner of our account rep, Ryan Kennedy, instilled confidence and we proceeded to work the deal very efficiently. Ryan answered all my questions, and the rest of the Quicken team made the whole deal seem effortless. We were closing on our new loan 10 days later. Very quick, very easy, very professional.

I first heard of Linda Tarrolli and Quicken Loans through my parents, who had recently refinanced their mortgage.  I am incredibly grateful for the reference, as Linda's services proved to be OUSTANDING.  She is a pragmatic woman who has a clear and masterful understanding of the ins and outs of the real estate and mortgage industry--even with today's flucctuations.  She was able to take my husband's and my information and work quickly to create the best mortgage plan for us. Not only that, but she kept us informed every step of the way, contacting us via phone and email to make sure we knew exactly what was going on throughout the entire refinancing process.  The only time we became frustrated during the process was when multiple other people from our refinancing "team" began to contact us to request information we had already given to Linda--to many people involved in a bureaucratic process that could have been much more streamlined.  But when it comes to Linda herself, we are exceedingly grateful for the services she provided us through Quicken Loans.  Linda Tarrolli is a fantastic woman whose services I would recommend to anyone.
