Unlockdates.com is one of the many websites sponsoring information about IPO's and their release on the market....except UnlockDates.com has a twist involved in theirs.
When you arrive at Unlockdates.com, you are presented with a calendar for the current month. On that calendar, for each day, are stock symbols representing current IPO's that will re-release a large chunk of their stock for sale on the market. This additional stock is either left over reserves from their first IPO day or new stock being issued by the company to increase their market value and capital dollars.
You can place your cursor over each stock symbol and get a brief high level stat for each company such as:
1. Company Name
2. Shares being unlocked and released to the market
3. Initial IPO price
4. Current Market price
Clicking on each symbol name will link you to a page that gives detailed company information, statistics, revenues, further detailed IPO information and contact information for the underwriters for the IPO's. You can also be connected to Edgar Online for even further information about the company from a historical viewpoint and future perspectives.
You can sign up for Alerts under Unlockdates.com that will send you any information about the company whenever it's found on the internet. It will also keep you informed about the current standing of the IPO, shares available and price. This service is FREE but is limited to 10 companies that you choose.
