QUICK Warm Apple Crisp

Feb 01 '00

When you are in need of a QUICK treat try this Quick warm apple crisp. It is absolutely yummy and you can substitute peaches for the apples and you have a whole new treat.

Preheat oven to around 350 degrees. Temp varies by oven so you may have to experiment on this part.

What you will need:
1 can of apples (can be fried or regular)
Cinnamon Sugar spice (optional)
1 box of Jiffy Cake mix (regular)
1 stick of butter (does not have to be exact, I usually just scoop out a few scoops of margarine. (melted)

It is as easy as:

Take a pie dish or casserole dish and put the can of apples on the bottom. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar if desired. Empty the box of Jiffy cake mix on top of the apples and then saturate the top with the melted butter (do not stir) That is all there is to it. Bake for around 30 minutes (once again time will vary with your oven) Top will be golden when done. Sprinkle with Cinnamon sugar if desired. It is so easy and YUMMY!
