STARTING A JAZZ COMBO NOT AN EASY THING TO DO!!!!

This has been a problem for me for years.I am a 23yr old college music education major who has been trying to start up a band for years but it is very difficult.One of the reasons why I believe it is difficult is that,it is hard to find good musicians out there.I am a saxophonist so I am looking for a drummer,bass,and piano.I was thinking that maybe the reason why I haven't found one yet is,because I am very hard on my players.If there is anybody out there how thinks they have some of the same problems I do please email me and let me no,because I feel like I am the only one with these problems.Hopefully one of these days I will be able to get a good playing band together.
