Pros: Saves all the mess from leaking, plus you can save the milk! Cons: Make sure the funnel is pointed UP so the milk doesn't run out
A friend told me about these AFTER I had my first child. I was skeptical, but bought some to try with my second baby. One day, and I was convinced. If you are breastfeeding, YOU NEED THESE!

Pros: They will heal sore nipples! Cons: Difficult to dump milk if you have an excess build up, obviously worn.

Pros: Helps with engorgement by expressing some milk out. Cons: Does not draw out your nipples, makes you leak every time you wear them because it is pulling at your nipple, and makes you believe they are working because while you have them on your nipples are coming out but as soon as you take them off, your nipples g
I have inverted nipples and I was told by my doctor that if I wore these breast shields in my last month of pregnancy that they would help draw out my nipples, so I did. The only thing the breast shield did was make my breasts leak all the time. ...

Pros: multiple uses Cons: occasional leakage
I tried these breast shells when my breasts became engorged. They were okay and they did work releasing the milk but they did leak a little. As long as you are wearing thick nursing pads and changed them frequently there were no problems. I also had...
