The cover does remove. The seat in the stroller is also velcro'ed in and easy to remove.
It does take two hands to fold since the release areas are on the sides and have to be pulled at the same time. I have no trouble with closing it.
It drives very well. I have had strollers in the past that have not, so I was impressed with this.

Does it have a removable, machine washable cover?
Does it take two hands to fold up?
How does it "drive"?
