How to submit a product review

Can someone point me in the direction for getting a new software product listed - The product is a keyword search and analysis tool and the layout of epinions is somewhat confusing to me.

Thank you in advance

RE: How to submit a product review

Hi,

You can request a product be added to the database by contacting the Category Lead...in this case it would be epinions_nc10@cox.net

He will try and get it added for you, but there are some categories or listing they can't add at the moment. Best thing to do is to email him and see what he can do for you.

Kathy

Hi,

Please include the following info:
1. Name and description of item
2. Name of manufacturer
3. Link to the specific version of the item you want to review on the manufacturer's website
4. Price paid
5. Link to an image of the item from the mfr's website or shopping.com (no links to images from online stores, reviews, etc, please). The image link should end in jpg or gif.

And I'll try to add a listing ASAP. Or you can post the info here. Thanks.

category lead where?

I want to add a new product. Now I understand that I have to request through the appropriate product lead... but where do we find who that person is? I'm trying to add the ASUS eee Pc 900A nettop.

RE: category lead where?

Both category lead pages for computer hardware have about 36 pages of useless personal information. Maybe there is an email address in there somewhere. I don't have time to find it. I think I will just write about products already listed. Too much hassle to add a new product now. Maybe things will improve with the upcoming changes to the epinions web site.

RE: category lead where?

Agreed. Epinions should have a simple way to contact community leads (outside of publishing personal email addresses). Private messaging is on our list.
