Well, lemme see... How to describe them? Pure passion into music, liquid energy... They don't fall into the group of angry rockers that we've got now with Rage Against the Machine, Korn, Limp Bizket, Kid Rock and others... They're in a different category, somewhere with Creed.
They're a great band, if you don't mind weird cover art ;) The CD 'Dysfuntion' is not at all dysfunctional. It's by far one of the best CD's I've heard in a while. I heard 'Mudshovel' and though, well, cool, what else do they have? I heard 'Raw' and though, wow, that's powerful. Then I had to have the album. Every song on the CD amazes me, they're all good. Lyrics have meaning, music has feel. Everything fits together. AND! They actually SING! Wow, a rarity in our "screaming, noise making" society. If you like Creed, you'll probably like this. They're not quite as soft as Creed but with some of the same qualities. Only thing I don't like is the cover art, which I already mentioned. It's kinda weird looking and might freak some parents out. But music wise, the lyrics aren't full of explicit words, the music is actually music not just noise, and all in all, it seems to round out to me. Not bad, eh?
