Pros: none. Cons: Terrible company. Please read this opinion. See what may happen to you.
This company is possibly the worst one i have ever encountered. I signed up for cellular service with them, activated the phone, got no signal. I called the " customer care center ", they tried activating the phone again. Same problem no signal. If i...

Pros: GSM network. They will go the mile to make customers happy. Cons: poor reception in rural areas.
The experience is what you could expect from a carrier with 1/3 of the amount of customers that Verizon has, and that's less coverage where you need it the most. I live in the State of Washington and I spend a great deal of time traveling across ...

Pros: Great prices, good technical support Cons: Poor customer service, poor signal strength even in metropolitan areas (Chicago), don't value their customers
I'm located in Chicago and I signed up with T-Mobile after my Sprint PCS contract was over because I wanted something cheaper. Well I switched the providers and kept the same number. Everything went smoothly. I also received a Motorola RAZR V3 phone for ...

Pros: Absolutely NONE. Cons: No customer service, hidden charges, subversive product advertising.
I signed up for T-Mobile several months ago after getting fed up with Verizon. In good faith, I wanted to support a company who supports/sponsors cycling. So at the end of my first month, my phone went bad. I was told that it would take up to five ...

Pros: None. Cons: Hidden/Undisclosed contracts.
I was happy with T-Mobile for over a year and recommended the company to all my friends and relatives. Unfortunately, I discovered just what they were like to deal with when my phone was stolen while in Miami. I reported the theft within 12 ...

Pros: Best value in phone promotions and service plans. Cons: Satisfactory but not best reception among all services in my area.
I'm contributing this as a re-write to a negative review I placed here 3 years ago. At that time, I got the run-around when I tried to take up great phone offers they were advertising, and I ultimately went with Cingular for a service term (and ...

Pros: Good way to learn how to deal with a resentment Cons: The worst customer service I have ever encountered including tow truck drivers.
My wife had a single t-mobile line for years and when I decided to get another phone I got t-mobile. Wanting a personal phone I opted for one without all the bells and whistles and bought the nokia 6101. Well after a month or two of use I noticed the ...

Pros: None. Cons: Customer service. People are rude and start arguing with everything you have to say.
Do not sign up with T - Mobile! Although the rates for their calling plans seem so good, too good even, it is not worth the trouble you will be having. During the fall of 2004, I called in to inquire about my minutes, and the guy told me to call back ...

Pros: clear phone calls throughout the country, free roaming. Cons: lousy customer service and technical staffs.
Ha!
Where can I begin...=)
I purchase the phone SAMSUNG 105, from the local Voicestream dealer in Hawaii back in April 2002. The dealer was sealing me a dream, that with my phone I was able to logon to the internet to check my mail.. and...

Pros: GSM availability Cons: Bad coverage, worse customer service.
Horrible! The main reason we went with T-mobile was the GSM phones and the ability to get the unlock codes for the phones after 6 months of service, so we could use them with different SIMs when we travel abroad. Since July 3d 2004 I’ve been trying ...

Pros: Phone customer service great. Cons: In store customer service needs much improvement.
Overall excellent customer service since I have been with them (since December of 04). However, getting a SIM unlock code for my Motorola V300 has been a nightmare. But in general, all of the people who have assisted me over the phone have been ...

Pros: Phone coverage is OK, otherwise NONE. Cons: See above. I recommend this company only if you are a masochist.
I purchased a phone and service from T-Mobile 5 months ago and have never had such an unpleasant experience with any company. After ordering the phone online, it took almost 5 weeks to get it. I finally had to go in person to an authorized dealer to ...

Pros: Short hold time, very polite and helpful customer service reps. Cons: none for customer service
I have been with VoiceStream for about a year now, and my girlfriend has been with VS for more than 2 years. Their customer service has improved *greatly* in the past year. I have a feeling that those "negative" reviews were for what they used to be....

Pros: After hours and hours I was finally given some $ credit each time-EVERY MONTH Cons: Everything about the service, billing, attitude, etc
I established a one-year contract with Voicestream in South Jersey in February 2001. It was absolutely the worst service I have ever had from a cell phone provider. Just as a disclaimer-- we're talking about a personal, two-phone family-pooled contract...
