Pros: moderate prices, decent equipment, share plans best compared to competitors Cons: relies on landlines toomuch inorder to deal with cellular customers, NO payment arrangement options
I just started this service. I picked Tmobile because I thought the plan had the most to offer at the best price and we got good phones for free as long as we set everything up thru the net. No problems there. However, when getting our first bill, a ...

Pros: GREAT Customer Service. The people I talked to listened and assisted with all my issues. Cons: Insufficient towers to support all areas. Sales should check area coverage for potential customer first.
Comments are generally written one-sided. Each situation is different. No matter what cell phone provider you have, they all have their Pros and Cons. They are all in business to make money. If they intentually tried to assist each subscriber, they would ...

Pros: nothing at all Cons: read the review
I have been a very loyal T mobile customer for three years! Not only have I been denied free upgrades of my phone, I recently detected that t mobile minutes on my account were in excess of what I actually use even after rounding off the seconds. I timed ...

Pros: none Cons: too many to list
T-mobile has the worst customer service. I purchased a plan and with that got a free phone(SAMSUNG sgh-t219s) . In less than six months the phone was not working. I went to a T-mobile office he opened the back of the phone and told me that they could ...

Pros: None.
Cons: Horrible customer service.
T-mobile scams its customers when it can. You have to make sure you ask them all the necessary questions before signing up to your plan...but even then, you may find yourself saddled with something you don't need or a huge bill at the end of it! I ...

Pros: Voice service good - when it is available Cons: Dishonest. Promotes non-existent (Chicago)DataStream data service
I live in the Chicago, Illinois area and purchased a Handspring VisorPhone. The only service plan available was through VoiceStream and I subscribed to a voice package and their optional $29.95 DataStream wireless data package. After two months of...

Pros: GOOD COVERAGE Cons: EXTREMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... IN THREE WORDS "THEY DON'T CARE"!
I am deeply disappointed in T-Mobile’s Customer Service. I have called several times to find that my account was not properly noted. I discovered this when I called to speak with one of your account representatives about my daughters cell phone. I am ...

Pros: Good reception, good coverage, good customer service. Cons: No GSM, fewer phone choice, not the cheapest plans
I was pondering lately whether to switch from my SprintPCS to T-mobile because SprintPSC offers no GSM, has ugly phones, and the plans are far worse than T-Mobile's. However, after reading your reviews, I am definitely staying with Sprint. If anybody is ...

Pros: Good coverage Cons: Horrible customer service. Horrible customer care.
I have had VoiceStream for over a year and must say the coverage in Chicago is better than most of the other carriers. However should you decide to upgrade to a newer phone good luck. I wanted to upgrade to the Motorola V60g and went through customer...

Pros: I'm out of my contract. No cost to move to a different provider. Cons: We just printed new business cards with the T-Mobile number attached to them.
So I've been receiving unsolicited fax messages on my t-mobile phone for the past several weeks. The problem is that for each unsolicited fax I receive, I burn a minute of 'anytime' connect minutes. It would be great if I could get these annoying calls to ...

Pros: Helpful of you need "user" or "equipment" help. Cons: Long hold, reps not familiar with policies.
Voicestreams motto is to offer more minutes. Which they do for a great rate! Excellent excellent plan. But the customer service side is the pits. Reps are often not familiar with policies, you are put on hold for long periods of time and often, the...

Pros: They were nice at first Cons: Their policy is unfair and their service is sneaky
T-mobile strung me along making me think that they were doing something productive to solve my problem and then pulled the rug out from under me at the last minute. I moved to a new home in the middle of a designated service area and proceeded to get ...
