Pros: Good idea I suppose. Does keep produce just fine especially if you read the directions. Cons: Vent covers pop off. Not a multi duty piece like most Tupperware items.
Tupperware Fridge Smart containers are not at the top of my love-it list. The idea is neat. They make these with vents in the sides of a rectangular Tupperware box, so you can let different amounts of air in depending on the food item. Things like ...
Pros: Well made, Tupperware quality. Cons: This product doesn't make sense to me. Not necessary in even a well-equipped kitchen.
This wasn't the wisest Tupperware piece I've ever purchased. I don't think the Fridgesmart container is particularly useful or efficient. What it Looks Like: I have two sizes of Fridgesmart containers. Both look identical except for their ...
Something with with ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE has invaded my refrigerator. Okay, so it's not an alien. It's a storage container. But it's still SMART! I cant begin to tell you how long I eyed these things in the catalogue trying to decide if ...
Pros: Savings on the cost of bagged salads. Cons: Container are a bit pricey to begin with.
When my husband and I switched to a low-carb diet, I needed to have salad available easily and constantly. Easy meals was a MUST! I personally don’t like “making salad” and so I was in a bit of a tight spot. I found I could buy the large 3lb bags of ...
Pros: Saves money, keeps produce fresher longer Cons: None
I will start by letting you know that I have been a Tupperware manager for 15+ years. When the fridgesmart was first introduced I saw them and kind of had that, I am not impressed attitude. I know we Tupperware people are supposed to be excited over ...
Pros: keeps food fresher and tastier for a lot longer than conventional storage, easy to use Cons: initial outlay is costly, but it soon pays for itself
There are two things I really dislike about buying foods that must be refrigerated. One is how quickly some go off, especially lunchmeats (once opened consume within 3 days, I mean who can eat 72 slices of ham in 3 days??????) and fresh produce. The ...
Pros: Keeps expensive produce fresh for a long time. Cons: expensive
The cripser drawer is functional, but big and hard to find things in... these fridge smarts keep my home grown summer produce fresh and non moldy/mushy when I leave it in the fridge too long. I would and do recommend them to other people. They have a lot of sizes and I've got a lot of them.
Pros: I save money by not having to throw away so much Cons: Pricey, but worth every penny.
I bought 1 Fridge Smart box, because I loved the idea it presented and this was a good friend, and I wanted to buy something but was skeptical and it wasn't long before I bought 2 more. I can keep lettuce and green onions fresh for at least 3 weeks and mushrooms, celery for just about as long and I always have salad ready to go. Before...it was only days and I was throwing away wilted lettuce, and shriveled mushrooms. I can't imagine someone buying these and letting them sit on the shelf, because THEY WORK.... they do just what they promise.
