Good selection - User friendly checkout. Very competitive and best prices when combined with free shipping. Hot Swap warranties a good idea if dealing with critical or expensive items. Five to eight day delivery window for free shipping seems very reasonable. Get kind of expensive if you want it more quickly. I have not received the order yet, but so far this has been a very good shopping experience, and the lowest price I could find for the item after about 1 hour of searches with a cable modem and other Routers. I got a good supplier for my networking parts. Very easy website to navigate and they always have everything I need in stock. No confusion. All true. Positive and negative aspects of customer reviews included, with overall assessment being accurate and don’t have any idea why other guys claim Free Shipping I had no problem with them everything under Free Shipping. 

i purchased 3 HP SATA drives for my inst.  Overall the experience was a pleasure. The price quoted was the lowest by far both on the net or available via normal outlets such as local stores etc. The shipping information given was prompt and accurate. The only quibble I would have is that I did not purchase additional warranty at the time of product purchase. I feel they could have offered it to me. They shipped products on right time in GA. order was placed NY time at 6:30. thanks.

I saw some reviews online and was impressed about ALLHDD. Before my order I called twice, once about the order and then about future orders. Later I received a call from sales. I ordered a 750 GB Drive from ALLHDD and thought that it would take a few days to get. I got Surprised!!, it came the next day, wow, it's faster than any other reseller as per this was not my first shopping from online. I ordered it New Bulk but the customer service gentleman offered me retail at same price. They also shipped me the correct retail porduct directly from HP. Cable extension, instructions, and of course the hard drive. Everything worked perfectly and smooth. Customer service was very friendly. Overall, I would recommend this store and buy from here again. Excellent Customer Service.

Lowest Price and promotional price...my god...they are always into it....I've been ordering from allhdd.com for years, and I'm always impressed with their service, products and quick shipping. They usually have the lowest prices too. Most important of all, customer service is outstanding! They are friendly and extremely helpful. My product was delivered in time and worked right out of the box. I recieved a clarification whether the product was warranty was for 2 or 3 years and a trcking as well. This is my second purchase from ALLHDD.com. I shop online for many things. No no other company has been this efficient and low priced. I use their free ground shipping and still received the item within 3 days. I will continue to use them for all our computer and hardware needs and recommend them to any who want a good product shipped to them quickly for a fair  and the lowest price.

Comparison to other resellers ALLHDD is the best because they give the lowest price in the market. Though there are others but they even don’t have after sales service and they don’t even give free shipping but ALLHDD is always there for all of their customers. It was a nice deal. the lowest price in market. They are the best. Checkout was simple, easy. But this was the best price for the product! With free shipping! This is my first time ordering from this company. Originally found the part we needed from this company and printed out the webpage. 50% cheaper than the other resllers. Went to order the part a couple of days later and it had gone up by $10. I called and they told me they would honor the original price of $400. They quickly processed my order and sent me a corrected invoice within minutes. This store indicates free shipping in their price displayed, but then they charge for shipping at checkout, what gives?  Is this a trick to lure customers to a false promise?

I shopped a 4GB RAM from ALLHDD. Its a simple matter but the support i got from them during my shopping with them was the most pleasurable online shopping in my life. Its was a huge amount of money. i decided to buy that RAM but i did not know that i was buying a wrong product. even they told me but i did not believe but at the end i got stuck withthe product. they helped with all their support and returned it according to their policy. they could easily decline to return but they didn't. some resellers are so rough to return but the behavior of the salesman was nice. mostly the website features was great and easy to use. i have gone through their every policy and i followed that they follow the policy strictly published in their policy page. ALLHDD.COM is the greatest reseller ever. I will come back again.
