I received no email confirmation of my purchase. The vendor had limited hours of operation which forced me to call before 6 PM. The first call resulted in a "copy" of my purchase however they could not tell me the status of the order. A week later I called again as I had not received any shipping information, they still could not give me an order status, apparently due to large pre-Xmas order volume. They instructed me to email support which I did yet I received no acknowledgement. I called the next day to cancel the order and they were then able to tell me that it had already shipped. I never received a shipment confirmation but got the product the next day.
In my opinion, for a technology merchant that has supposedly been in business for 10 years, an automated email reply and tracking information is a requirement, regardless of volume. The second person I spoke with was somewhat rude as well. I had made two other purchases on the same day from other merchants and had no problem. I would not do business with this merchant again.
The only good thing I can say is that the product I received arrived in good condition and it was what I expected. Read more

I attempted to order a DVD Writer drive that they said was in stock even after a full 24 hours from when I attempted to purchase it. Please remove this stupid feature - I believe that in answering your questions above I have supplied enough information to give an impression of my experience with ANTOnline. This requirement to add a "short review" prior to submission is the reason I HATE these types of surveys. Make it easy on the consumer.
