There was a shipping error. The order confirmation I received with the tracking number was actually addressed to someone else. A phone call was all that was necessary and the representative, Ray was extremely helpful. He saw to it my order was reshipped immediately and arrived in just 3 days. Excellent customer service!

The trays I ordered are the best I have ever had, both in quality and price. I searched for the same size trays on other websites and the prices were astronomical. The prices on Ace Mart were so low I was skeptical. Now that I've received and used them I can tell you; they are high quality. Nothing cheap about them but the price. Thanks.

Ace Mart is my go-to web site for professional cooking equipment that is also great for an enthusiastic home chef. They primarily serve the restaurant trade, but there's all sorts of great equipment for home cooks who want durable, professional grade appliances and cookware. Products are easy to find and there's just about ANYTHING anyone could want. Shipping is fast and customer service is great. Very highly recommended.
